The Friends of Cookeville/Putnam County Animals is proud to present our 16th annual Fur Ball. This event is a black tie affair with cocktails, dinner, auctions, live music, and dancing into the night! We invite you to join in this premier event that offers not only a night of fun, but also a fantastic way to raise funds for the Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter!

Get your dancing shoes ready because the fabulous Nashville Blue Tones Orchestra will be partying with us once again all night long!
Attire:
This is a dress-up gala! Black-tie encouraged! Tux can be rented from One-Hour Martinizing at a discount for Fur Ball guests.

Putnam County Animal Shelter! Last year’s proceeds enabled us to do the following:
- Underwrite 5 adoption events helping hundreds of shelter pets finding homes.
- Assist 14 Senior Care pets with medical treatment.
- Help with cost of numerous spay/neuter surgeries.
- Host the incredibly popular Upper Cumberland Pet Expo attended by over 2,000 people & pets.
- Open the beautiful new Dr. Mary Ayers Education Center
- Purchase a new much needed larger commercial stainless sink for the cat/kitten food prep/maintenance area.
